How to:Brush just a little but of olive oil on the halved brussels sprouts, dust some salt and pepper, rosemary and other herbs you like on top.  Stick in the oven until they look about like this and have turned soft. Depending on your oven this may take 2h. Put them in a pretty dish, throw in some cranberries, mix and you’re good to nom nom nom!
